1. Through intimidation and based on illegal tactics, the authorities
made use of the people to declare and make it appear that support for
U Lun Tin, the legitimately elected People's Parliament representative
from Constituency 1 in Moulmein township of Mon State had been withdrawn.
2. Listed below are the names of the individuals who conspired together
and actively engaged in this deceptive performance ultra vires the law.
