Representatives of the People elected to the Parliament in the 1990
multiparty democratic elections

( Note- Addendum to Notifications 9(2/99) dated 17 February 1999, 10(2/99) dated 18 February 1999 and 11(2/99) dated 24 February , 1999)

1. Through intimidation and based on illegal tactics, the authorities made use of the people to declare and make it appear that support for U Lun Tin, the legitimately elected People's Parliament representative from Constituency 1 in Moulmein township of Mon State had been withdrawn.

2. Listed below are the names of the individuals who conspired together and actively engaged in this deceptive performance ultra vires the law.
