CRPP Notification 19/2000

Resolutions taken at the meeting on the 16 September 2000, the 2nd anniversary of the founding of the Committee Representing the People's Parliament.

1.That all illegally incarcerated elected representatives of the People's Parliament and all political prisoners be immediately released.

2.That the CRPP and Parliamentary Committees continue their duties and
tasks till such time when a parliament is established.

3.That U Aung Shwe (Chairman) and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (now in-charge
of Committee for the Ethnic Nationalities Affairs) will write a state constitution that will have the approval of the people and win the respect f the world for the development and enduring future Union of Burma.
